Motion Graphix produces explainer videos, product demo videos, and related animation work for software companies and other businesses. The exact deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are agreed in writing before work begins. We commit to doing our best work on every project, and you agree to support the project by providing brand assets, product access, feedback, and approvals on time.
Every project includes the revision rounds stated in your agreement. You may change or cancel a project at any time; if you do, you agree to pay for all work completed and any costs we have already committed to on your behalf up to that date. We will keep those costs as low as reasonably possible and hand over any finished work.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final delivered video and may use it anywhere, for as long as you like. Any materials you supply to us (logos, footage, images, text) must be owned by you or properly licensed. Motion Graphix is not responsible for third-party claims that arise from materials supplied by a client. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
We aim for accuracy and high quality in everything we deliver, and we will fix significant errors caused by our own oversight. At the same time, we cannot guarantee that any deliverable will be entirely free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed business opportunities, connected to the use of our work.
We often see products before they launch. Any confidential information you share with us is used only to complete your project and is never disclosed to anyone else. This commitment continues after the project ends.
When you use our website or contact us, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and message details, along with technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We do not collect sensitive personal data or payment card details through this website.
If you give us your phone number, we use it only to communicate with you about your enquiry or project. We never sell, rent, or share phone numbers or any other personal information with third parties for marketing or lead generation.
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work fully without them.
