How long does all this take?
It depends on the length and complexity of your video, but most projects take 10–15 days. That covers the full production process and rounds of revisions at every stage.

How long do you support the video after the project is done?
Every project includes 3 months of free support for any minor changes to your video. After that window, additional minor adjustments are charged at roughly $10–$20 per revision, depending on the scope.
How many revisions/changes do you provide?
We provide three to four rounds of revisions at each production stage (script, storyboard, voiceover, and animation), though most projects wrap up within just two rounds.
What are your payment terms?
We keep payments simple and milestone-based: just 10% upfront to start after our meeting, 40% once the first draft is ready, and the final 50% before we hand over the final delivery.
What video formats and ratios do you provide?
You get your video in multiple ratios, ready for every platform:
- Horizontal (16:9), the standard version for YouTube and your website.
- Vertical (9:16), for social media like LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and Reels.
- Square (1:1), for feeds and posts.
Plus a custom thumbnail design for the first frame, so it looks great wherever you post. And if your video is 60 seconds or longer, we can cut it into multiple short clips for your paid ads and marketing.
How do I pay you?
We use a US bank account, we’ll share the details with you so you can pay directly into it.
