The challenge
CoreTAP does a lot, 65+ analytics across nine modules, from fraud detection to menu engineering. But its buyers are busy bar owners, not data analysts. The explainer had to skip the jargon and land one clear promise fast: see exactly where your bar is losing money, and who’s responsible.
