The challenge
CaratIQ isn’t a one-trick tool — it replaces the whole patchwork jewelers run on: POS, inventory, CRM, e-commerce, marketing, accounting, contracts and appointments. A short teaser can’t do that justice. Serious buyers — jewelers moving off pen-and-paper or a legacy system — want to see the real thing, feature by feature, before they trust it with their store.
What we did
We built a comprehensive, high-end product walkthrough — not a highlight reel. Across nearly six minutes it moves through the platform the way a jeweler actually works: ringing up a sale at the POS, logging a repair, managing inventory, following up with a customer in the CRM, syncing the online store, pulling reports. Clean, premium-retail motion and a guided pace, so the depth feels capable — never overwhelming.
